Do you have what it takes to be a crusader?

The most effective training that ever took place was the kind that Jesus did. From a bunch of followers he chose twelve disciples who were ordinary men, with one exception: in their hearts they all had a “Yes, Jesus”. Not a maybe, or a tomorrow, later or a no, but whatever the time of the day or the extent of the assignment, the answer was always a “Yes, Jesus”.

These twelve men were put into an intensive training school - the School of faith. It was an education personally lectured by Jesus, both in theory and in practice. Under his supervision they were trained to preach, cast out demons, heal the sick, walk on water, release funds, raise up the dead and to pray prayers that were answered. The curriculum was simple, but effective: Jesus taught and exemplified, then he sent his disciples to do what he had done. When they came back they withdrew for evaluation, and then Jesus took them to a new level, challenged their faith, and sent them out again. After nearly three years of training, on the day of Pentecost, they stood ready for their exam in the office of the Apostle, the arrowhead of the body of Christ.

Whatever the Spirit gave them to say - they preached.
Wherever the Spirit told them to go - they went.
Whatever the Spirit challenged them to do – they did!

Why? Because that was the character of their hearts; they were “Yes Jesus” Christians.

Jesus had but one body, a body to be sacrificed, and there were no other options. Once that took place, he wouldn’t be physically present anymore. But the plan of Jesus was to continue to minister to the world, even beyond Calvary. How? Through us! We are, in the same manner as the Apostles, chosen to embody the Spirit of Jesus. He gave his life for us – now we give our life to him. The purpose of our life is to become his voice, his eyes, his feet and his continuing ministry on the earth. We are, from the beginning, predestined to become the Church of Jesus Christ.

Some time ago, the Lord spoke to my heart and said: “Raise up an army of men and women who possess the same heart as my first apostles, take them through the school of faith and send them to do the work my first apostles did.”

That’s why I invite you to the “School of the Crusader”. For 6-8 months, you will be trained in the same manner as the first disciples were: Theory – Practice – Evaluation – Theory, and so on. You will be sent to three mission fields in the third world, and trained to set up and conduct crusades. You will be presented to different networks consisting of men of God (people who, after graduation, may open up evangelization regions for you). You will be given the tools you need to start up a ministry serving Jesus Christ, and given the foundational principles on how Jesus wants to build his Church.

To be sure, we will be putting you on the right track, but you will have to be the one who does the running! That’s the call of the Apostle: it’s a breakthrough ministry. We don’t wait for others to tell us what to do – we act upon the voice of the Holy Spirit. We are governed, not by men, but solely by our leader, Jesus.

Finally, let me in love and out of deep concern, share a word of wisdom with you. This is not an exotic adventure or a “fulfill oneself” Christian course. This is not a regular Bible School. This is a series of tough training camps for those who have completely made up their minds. It is for those who have an adequate Bible School background, are restored, matured and who have, in a revelation, been personally called by the Lord. This is a school for those who are set apart to be the apostles of the Lamb.

In love and the grace of Jesus Christ
